Refund policy

Here at Manda Panda Boutique we hope you love our pieces but we also understand that ordering online can be a challenge at times. So we have created this return policy with you in mind.

We accept returns on all products besides FINAL SALE items. The customer can return items for store credit that never expires. All shipping costs paid are a third party charge that cannot be refunded at anytime. We cannot guarantee stock for a returned item. The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for returned items (besides for the cause of defects/damaged goods and shipping errors). The customer can use the shipping carrier of their choice.

We do not accept any altered goods. All returns must be in new condition with tags still attached and no stains of deodorant or of any kind, no smells of smoke/perfume or of any kind, and no animal/human hair and etc. in order to receive a refund or store credit equal to the amount of the returned item(s). Items returned that do not fall in compliance with our return policy will be rejected and will not be refunded or issued a store credit. 

You will be contacted within 48 hrs. of the returns rejection. You may initiate a return within 7 days of the arrival date (Based on tracking information) no exceptions. We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship within 3 days of the item arriving. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return.

The return processing time may take up to 7 business days once received at our warehouse. All returns are processed through a rigorous checkpoint system.
